Graphics Designer

Job Description:

An Aleppo-based Graphics designer is needed to create new brands and maintain current ones.

Required Knowledge:

• Knowledge of branding, typography, and color theory
• Knowledge of photography and print design

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Create brands, illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
• Create designs aimed at social media that matches each platform’s specifications
• Prepare a Branding Brief for clients
• Select suitable colors for each product and that matches the client’s preferences
• Help clients select what Brand Stationery they need (e.g. Flyer, Brochure, Business Card..)
• Unify the Visual Identity for each client across multiple platforms (e.g. Social Media, Web, Print..)
• Work with web developers to select and modify images for websites
• Create a Design Portfolio for each client and add it to the company’s work gallery

Tools:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
